Product Description: This unique stripper/stain remover is designed to remove topical sealers such as acrylic waxes, lacquer coatings and tar. Contains monoethanolamine.

Coverage: Product will cover approximately 200 to 1000 sqft. per gallon dependant on porosity of stone or contaminated tile, grout and amount of coats of topical sealer.

Directions: Always test product in a inconspicuous area to test suitability for intended use. Wet surface and apply Formula 51 to soiled area. Agitate and let dwell for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse and repeat as needed dependant on soil and amount of wax to be removed. Be sure to vacuum excess wax residue.

Caution: Alkaline cleaning properties, danger if swallowed. May be irritable when in contact of skin. Safety equipment suggested. Hand, eye and monoethanolamine chemical resistant gloves should be worn at all times when working with cleaning chemicals.
