CLIENT SELECTION

We will personally greet each customer and guide them through the selection process. To ensure accuracy, a information sheet will be filled out gathering all pertinent information. A tour of the gallery and warehouse will reveal colors, finishes, and style selections to aid in the final selection. Additionally, we educate clients on natural stone so they may better understand what to expect. Once the selection has been made, we will have the client sign off on the color, size, and quantity so it may be placed on hold.

Client selections are treated with the highest regards to professionalism, care, and diligence. We acknowledge that we will be representing your business and yourself, to your client. We take pride and honor in our work, and are conscientious of this task.

Please contact your consultant, prior to you or your customer's arrival, allowing us to prepare the necessary selection of the materials.

If you or your customers are unable to visit our warehouse for selections, we will deliver or ship you a sample from our available stock.

HOLD POLICY

Hold periods are up to three business days without a deposit. If the three day time period expires, we will proceed to contact you and verify your order. If a deposit is made, we can hold the material for ten business days. Fifty percent of the cost of the material is required as a deposit. Deposits are not necessary for customers with credit accounts.

PURCHASE ORDER PROCEDURE

Once an order has been verified, we will require a purchase order for the selected material(s) via fax. Purchase orders must reflect: quantity, color, size, and price of materials being purchased. The purchase order will be verified and faxed back. Your client consultant will schedule pick up or delivery at your convenience.

SHIPPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Products will ship to your facility or the jobsite within three business days. You may pick up the material the same day, provided it is in stock. We are partnered with Benton Express and other carriers for local deliveries to cross-country. Shipment price varies by mileage and quantity. We continuously strive to provide the most cost effective carrier for shipping.

SAMPLE REQUESTS

We will provide sample boards and single 4x4 or 6x6 samples for your customers, at our cost. For full size samples, please contact your representative to make arrangements. Full-size displays for your showroom can be supplied at our cost. We will honor all requests in the shortest time frame possible to better assist you with your client(s).

SPECIAL ORDERS

We can fulfill special orders from custom sizes to unique materials. Special orders ship from the factory in Turkey. They typically require seven to eight weeks to arrive. Placing a special order requires a fifty percent deposit with the balance due upon delivery of the material.

RETURN POLICY

Customers must notify a Stone Tile Direct consultant within twenty-four hours of delivery or pick-up. Returns will be subject to a twenty percent re-stocking fee, along with related freight charges (if applicable).

Material that is returned must be in its original state. Tiles are to be packaged face-to-face and back-to-back to avoid scratches on the surface. Material should be firmly secured inside the crate, or tightly wrapped on a pallet. Stone Tile Direct will not accept returned materials that have been installed or handled in a manner that impairs the re-sale value of the product(s). Credit or refunds will be issued after the material has been returned and inspected. Special orders are not eligible for return or cancellation. Please acknowledge that natural stone has variations in color and veining and this is considered an expected characteristic.

CLIENT CONSULTANT

Your client consultant is available to accommodate you and your customers for sample requests, pricing, stone selection, special orders, delivery, payment, and any additional request you may have. Our representatives are here to make your experience as convenient as possible. We acknowledge the value of re-occurring sales from loyal customers, striving to strenghten these relationships every day.

NEW PRODUCTS

As Stone Tile Direct receives new products, your representative will contact you in regards to color, finish pricing, and samples.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Payment through check, credit card, or terms can be extended to established accounts. Special orders are not subject to terms (see special orders).

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Stone Tile Direct offers the convenience of credit card payments. You may make such a payment in person, on-line, and over the phone. For phone orders, we will fax you a credit card authorization form for you to fill in the required information. Upon completion, fax the authorization form back and we will process your request. Once the credit authorization is confirmed, we will be able to release materials and schedule a pick-up or delivery. Please note credit card payments are subject to a convenience fee.

CHECK PAYMENT

Customers paying by check must submit payment for the materials to be released.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS

Established customers may apply for terms. Your sales representative will provide you with an application. Processing an application will take seven to ten business days. Upon Approval terms are up to thirty days with no interest.
